Best Salad - Whole 30 Approved
Today is my thirtieth day of the Whole 30. And while I eat my gallon of ice cream, please take time to read this post for those of you who are still in the process or just looking for a good healthy recipe.
In 30 days I have entirely changed my diet. I started off very enthusiastically and explored many recipes. At the end of the month I found myself in a rut - repeating the same thing daily, same breakfast, same lunch. I think food just started to interest me anymore that much. But then came this salad and I remembered that I still have taste buds and I can enjoy food!
I don't believe in measuring things when cooking. Like at all. I never seem the necessary cups or from what I've noticed following the recipe doesn't guarantee it will turn out good. It's when you step outside the rules, the magic happens.
Anyway, here are the ingredients for the salad, please choose proportions to your liking.
Shrimp and Arugula Salad
- Sliced cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onions
- Boiled eggs
- Grilled shrimp
- Salt, pepper and olive oil
